I build the websites, booking pages and admin systems that tuition and learning centres in the Klang Valley are still doing by hand.
Every price below is the whole price for that job. One payment structure, no hourly billing, no monthly lock-in unless you ask for one.
Your centre set up properly on management software — student records migrated, full timetable built, automatic WhatsApp class reminders, recurring billing and receipts, and training for whoever runs your admin. The software subscription stays in your own name, around RM99 a month, paid by you directly.
A five-page website built for phones: classes and fees, teachers, results, contact. WhatsApp button, Google Maps, an enquiry form that reaches you, and your Google listing set up properly. Hosting is free and stays free. The only ongoing cost is your domain name, paid by you directly to the registrar — roughly RM70 a year.
For centres entering private candidates. A parent entry form, a per-candidate subject tracker, automatic reminders before Cambridge entry deadlines, and a board showing who has paid for which entries.
Your teachers fill one short form per student. Parents receive a proper formatted report at the end of term instead of a WhatsApp message. Under two minutes per student, or it isn't worth having.
A booking page for trial classes, an auto-reply that sends your timetable and fees on request, a reminder the day before, and a follow-up to anyone who attended and didn't enrol.
Your Google Business Profile claimed and corrected — categories, services, hours, fifteen real photos, the questions parents actually ask, and a review link with a printed QR code for your counter.
One person, working online. No office, no account manager, no sales team, no retainer you forget you're paying.
That is most of why this costs a fraction of an agency quote. You deal with me directly, and the price reflects what isn't in it.
No. Everything is done online — that's most of the reason it costs what it does. If you'd rather work with someone who visits, an agency is the right call and I'd say so.
You do. The domain is registered in your centre's name from the first day, not mine. You can take it anywhere at any time without asking me.
Three rounds of revisions are included. If it still isn't right on a job above RM1,000, you've paid the RM500 deposit and nothing more.
No. Everything above is a one-time job. If you later want me to keep things updated, that's a separate conversation you start, not a box you have to untick.
Your domain name, and nothing else — roughly RM70 a year, paid straight to the registrar, in your centre's name, on your own card. I take no cut of it and never bill you for it. Hosting costs nothing at the size a tuition centre needs, so there's no hosting fee either. If you already have a domain, there's no annual cost at all.
Three rounds of changes are included while we're building. After handover, small edits are RM80 each — or I can set the page up so you change fees and timetables yourself in a spreadsheet, which costs a little more upfront and nothing after.
Bank transfer or DuitNow. You'll get an invoice with the account details before any payment, and the name on the invoice matches the name on the account.
No discovery call to book and no meeting to sit through. Tell me what's slow at your centre and I'll reply the same day with whether it's something I can fix and what it would cost.
